This place is awful very very rude. My wife has to call back every month cause they don't do there jobs correctly then they get mouthy with you cause they mess up. I don't not recommend this place to anyone. This month they messed up her drug test and after 3 and a half yrs her meds isn't in her system. Ugh no that would cause a serious detoxing but your at their mercy ?

It is horrible that they merged with IPS. Everyone is rude and don’t have your previous medical records. I have never seen my PRN so stressed to the point of hurting my feelings. The new company is the worst thing that happened to Bowling Green! I may have to find a new place. This was the most devastating and humiliating appointment I have ever experienced!

This place called to schedule me an appointment but my phone silences unknown callers. I called back shortly thereafter and one of their receptionists had picked up. She was snotty from the beginning and told me she would need to have someone call me back. I explained to her that my phone blocks unknown callers and she got even snottier! Then was told to call back later. I did twice and no one picked lol… this place is a total joke
