After dealing with 3 sets of Home Depot delivery employees (we received 2 faulty dishwashers and finally got a refund and went with Best Buy instead), these men were a breath of fresh air. The entire interaction was positive, from start to finish.

From their warm smiles when I opened the door, to ensuring the front door shut whenever they came in or out (who knew this wasn’t a common practice??), to carefully placing the new dishwasher so that our hardwood floors weren’t damaged, cleaning up all of the packaging trash, etc, they were kind and considerate the entire interaction.“

“My name is Jacob. I was about to buy a new washer because mine stopped working. Seemed like the motor just stopped. But instead I decided to call ricky and he came out, took a look and found that there was a wire from a bra clogged in my washer motor causing it to not work. He removed it and the washer is working great again and saved me from having to buy a new one. I highly recommend calling them when your appliances goes bad. May find out it costs way less to have them fix it then having to buy a new appliance! He was more than fair on the price based on what i could afford and even come out on a Sunday!“
