Easy to schedule annual check up; mechanic knows my geotherm system, tells me what he found during tune up & discusses it with me. Would be 5 stars, but the service report is pretty off-putting with disclaimers and questionable statements.
I’m extremely satisfied with Airserv. I have used their services throughout many years. Aaron is the person I have dealt with regarding the installation of my home a/c units. He’s always been very nice and professional. I highly recommend Airserv.
We purchased our home a little over a year ago, using the same company the previous owner had used and after 2 visits we were not impressed. We decided to call AIRESERV, and I have to say that was one of the best decision's we have made since the purchase of the house. Aaron took the extra minute to listen to my concerns, and serviced our unit, he found that the prior Company had put to much refrigerant in the unit which causing our issues.
