I'm traveling in the area and a lens popped out of my eyeglasses. I have half-frames so the lenses are held in place with a wire. I went to this Walmart and an employee, Melanie, went out of her way to help me. She didn't have the exact wire needed but found a substitute and got the lens back in place. Thank you Melanie! I just started going to Heather here. I think she's a great hairdresser and I am so happy with the results of my hair. She did a great cut and believe me when I went to her. My hair looked horrible. I was between red and washed out red because I stupidly had that applied to my hair. She did a lot to fix my hair. The first time I went in and spent a whole five hours working on me, I really love this place and I'm so glad I found Heather she's great!! oh and the prices aren't bad either! And they have a massage therapist working right there in the same place!!

I've had Tammy Wells cut my hair for the last couple years since I moved to BG and they had the good sense to hire her for their large stable of cutters---many of whom have lots of experience. She styles well, friendly; I tip her generously because she doesn't just do the Kentucky cut, but styles it...I like a bit of a longer, but kept look. I'm very finicky and loyal abt my barbers!
Only been twice now, but each time has been perfect! I use DeCarlo, and both times he’s done exactly what I wanted (exceeded really). Great laid back atmosphere, just an awesome place. If you’re a guy and want up your hair game, you won’t be disappointed. Won’t be going anywhere else.

I took my two boys in there yesterday (Friday) for the first time and I am a very happy mother! It was quick and easy and my boys look great! There were literally 6+ men there cutting hair and we were in and out within 20 mins! We were going to a place where we took a number and waited and waited and waited. I'm SO glad we made the switch!!!! After paying I was given two $20 free carwash at Fast Freddy's. As a single mom I feel accomplished because my boys hair is cut AND my car looks great too! Nails look great, as always. I rarely have ever had to wait. Tammy remembers you, your preferences, and knows what colors look great on your skin type, too. They never try to upcharge unless you need that service to get your nails looking healthy!
Requested style: I always get short nails. This time 2 had broken before I had time to get in, but Tammy put a tip on those 2 & cut the rest to match. The dip is never clunky and lasts 2-4 weeks.
Cleanliness: One of the cleanest nail salons I've visited. The fumes from the polishes aren't overwhelming, either.

Best nail experience in BG in my opinion. They get you in, out, and they do a VERY professional job. Listen to what you want, and execute it quickly but correctly ? also prices are cheaper than most competitors. I'll always remain faithful to BG Nails. I love them! They offer a rewards program but I refuse to use it because they deserve every dollar they earn! $50 goes ALOT further here than anywhere else in BG. Ladies (and gents) check them out! Hi my names Vivian, I’m a nail technician at Elite Nails. I’m writing this review regarding the 1 star review from -Igor-. I wanted to address a few things about the client. First, I want to state that we tried our best to work with her. Our team takes pride in providing the best service that we can so customers feel satisfied when they leave the salon. She claimed she wanted a Russian gel manicure which she explained they build on with builder gel. My boss explained to her that she doesn’t have much experience with the builder gel but will still do it for her and let Igor know if there’s any problems to come back and we’ll fix it for free.
Igor came back a few days later saying some of her gel polish had peeled off, we apologized for the inconvenience and let her know we will fix it and removed the builder gel and explained that we’ll just do the gel considering our builder gel didn’t stick to her nails good and that the gel should stick better without it since we have more experience with just gel polish. She came back the next day and said it peeled off again.I wish she would’ve posted the pics of them the second time because you can tell she picked at them because they weren’t peeled off like before they had chips on 2 fingers on the tips of her nails. We even offered to fix those nails for free again. We refused a refund because the service (manicure etc.) was still done (the first time i believed it took 2 hours?) and it really sucks when things like this happen because we’re commission based and we never know how much we’re going to make that day. We really did try our best to satisfy her but we didn’t succeed- which is okay, it is what it is but I hope this doesn’t stop any new clients from trying us out!! I promise we’re a really good team and we are grateful for all our sweet clients and any issues you have we’ll do our best to fix!! :)
Came in to get my nails done while waiting on my car to get done...was the only ones in...took about 35-40 mins to finish..the lady was nice...got dip powder on my real nails an I luv them..she did a excellent job

John was absolutely amazing ?!! I had been going to another shop for over 10 years and they have just lost their touch and only cared about the money not the experience! So I decided to give this shop a try and I showed John a picture of what I wanted ( we know it won’t always be the same exact thing) and he got it!! And let me say he listened to me and ensured everything he was doing was what I WANTED! I am so impressed with this shop and told him I will definitely be back ever 2 week for him only!

I’ve been going to Meg @ hot glam for my hair for the past 10 years and she is amazing. I’ve been every color from blondes, browns, reds and purples and every single time she nails it! Hot glam also did my bridal party make up / hair ( Diana with makeup and Becca with hair / eye lashes ) and it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend them to everyone, you won’t be disappointed ♥️
Requested style: For my bridal party we requested elegant Viking style hair, and hot glam got it town to the T! Everyone looked like warrior princesses!

You can't go wrong trusting Shina with you skin! I've been a loyal client since 2016 and my skin looks younger now than when I started. She will teach you what you need to do to maintain your skin between facials, and she is always learning new skills to continue to provide her clients with the best services and products. Bowling Green is really lucky to have her! Her services feel relaxing, but she always starts and ends on time, which is so helpful when considering the best appointment time for my schedule. The only drawback is I have to book my appointment a month in advance because she is so popular! SD Skin is no longer the best kept secret in Bowling Green- which is well deserved for Shina! She is the best!

Got a sick piece recently from Johnathan aka J-DOG. The shop has a chill vibe atmosphere, super clean tattoo shop , and the staff are all highly skilled artists and down to earth good people. I would highly recommend stopping by and setting up an appointment to get some custom work done. My experience was great getting to work with the artist and collaborate on several ideas to create the final piece.
Is a excellent shop to go to if wanting a tattoo or piercing they make you feel absolutely comfortable especially when you’re scared or nervous I got many things done at this establishment and proud of the work I received and the people who work however i was told I was paying 350 and I never keep money on me and was 381 and some change with 3% and 10% was charged to my total so if you can’t pay the % pay in cash even though I felt it would’ve been more professional for the person to tell you than you see 30 extra charged from what you was told verbally on a better note I will always go here work is awesome people is very helpful and nice out of other tattoo shops

I’ve gotten 7 piercings at sirens and sailors. second and third lobes, conch, flat, rook, and two mid helix. It’s a wonderful experience every time! Great environment, awesome piercers (I frequent @piercingsby.georgia on instagram). Always super clean and tidy and never unprofessional. Thanks to all the great artists and piercers there who keep the place so welcoming! Prices are also incredibly reasonable.

My brother Bruce and I have a large cleaning company in Bowling Green. We have 5 apartments including several offices and a large warehouse. We are very dependent on our sewage pump set up. When it goes down we are crippled completely. Stewart Richey Services immediately sent out someone to help us. Brian and Connor worked hard to get us up and running. Brian was very knowledgeable with the type of pump unit we have and diagnosed the problem right away. It was amazing how efficient the two of them were and we are so appreciative of Stewart Richey's professionalism and customer service! They never disappoint us and they are great people to work with. It is one of the reasons we have had a relationship with him the last 25 years and chosen them for our needs in these areas. Thanks again guys for coming out!!

My name is Jacob. I was about to buy a new washer because mine stopped working. Seemed like the motor just stopped. But instead I decided to call ricky and he came out, took a look and found that there was a wire from a bra clogged in my washer motor causing it to not work. He removed it and the washer is working great again and saved me from having to buy a new one. I highly recommend calling them when your appliances goes bad. May find out it costs way less to have them fix it then having to buy a new appliance! He was more than fair on the price based on what i could afford and even come out on a Sunday!

** USE THEM** I called this company at 1am for an issue with the 24 apartment homes within the community I manage. They had no electricity for many hours with the temperatures below 30 degrees and no one was calling me back ( Stewart & Richey, Lee Company, Hiller, all the big names). Atek Electric & Mechanical answered my phone call (he wasn't on call) and is driving out to the property now to help us find a resolution. I'm beyond thankful for this company for helping us restore service to my residents. Outstanding customer service!
I can’t speak on their work but I can speak on the kindness towards my 3 year old son today. My son is all about big trucks and today one of the guys noticed my son was watching him load up the big dump trucks and my son got so excited and wanted to bring his dump truck out to watch. He waited so patiently for the guys to notice him. When their shift was done for the day they called us over and filled up his little toy truck and let him look at the equipment. Excellent service , knowledgeable, always on time . We moved in to a rental home , a beautiful newer home and the next morning we woke up to roaches everywhere! Even at the other end of the house in the master bathroom. Disgusting !The rental agency called this company instead of there regular company and even though it was a holiday weekend, they came out the next day . They were through and explained everything to us . They did an amazing job ! They came back several times over the next two months and now we’re on a monthly treatment and thankfully NO MORE COCKROACHES!The infestation was so bad the roaches were on the other side of the house in the master bedroom and bathroom! It just goes to show this can happen in any home because it’s definitely not what I would have expected in a home like this but thankfully, Black Diamond has taken care of the problem .If you’re in need of any type of pest control I highly recommend this company!!!!

Mosiquito Pros treated my yard last year and will be treating this year! They are professional and we had no issues with Mosiquitos and if we you are having an event they will come out and make sure we don’t have Mosiquitos and also treat for red ants.
I have used Mike's service for several years and find him to be courteous, dependable, friendly, thorough, and professional. He does an annual treatment and inspection in all areas, including the crawl space under the house to assure all is well. Mike has also been very responsive with specific or emergency issues that come up. I had an ant problem and Mike immediately took care of it. I also had an emergency situation with a nest of wasps, Mike came quickly and took care of it. your technician came to my house last Wednesday without calling to see if anyone was home. He got no answer but said he did the outside but nothing on the inside. I texted him to please schedule a time when I would be home to come and do the inside. So far I have not gotten any response to that but have gotten a bill that the service was done. It is less than half done, just the outside
I have requested more than once that you always call to schedule service when I will be home. If this happens again I will change exterminators.
After our neighbors used Ardon Lawns and Landscapes to trim shrubs, we contacted them to trim for us. We felt the estimate was reasonable and there was great communication with them. We were thrilled when they were able to get to us earlier than expected. They did a great job trimming the shrubs and cleaning up afterward. We will certainly use them again.

I’d like to share what a wonderful experience I had today at the Med Center Dental Clinic! Dr Phillips is truly amazing at how kind, gentle, professional and obviously experienced he is at his job! I had a tooth that had been broken for several months that I didn’t even know would be repairable and he not only repaired it, and did an excellent job, I had no anxiety because of the way he is with his patients! I’ve gone to Dr. G for over 20 years and have nothing but gratitude for how much he has helped me. Previously, I had an issue with a disc in my neck. After being told I would need surgery at age 25, I decided to consult with Dr. G since I trust his expertise. He was able to work with me to prevent surgery being necessary and for that I’m ever so grateful!
Most recently, I have gone to him through my entire pregnancy. With his guidance, I avoided all pain medications and made sure my hips and back were in good shape for delivery. He adjusted me on a Tuesday and I gave birth on Wednesday to my first baby after only 10 hours of labor and 26 minutes of pushing. Less than a week later I came in for a small adjustment just to make sure my hips and back were in good shape to continue healing. I don’t know where I would be without the care of Dr. G!

A very lovely office with wonderful customer service. They have helped us so much with our aging pets. Including a diagnosis of diabetes right before we left for a trip. They helped to track down a pharmacy that could properly fill our cat’s prescription as I was having a great deal of trouble. They also were genuinely sympathetic when we were faced with the very difficult decision to put our beloved dog of 14 years down. Dr. Lacey was incredibly kind, caring, and respectful during that process and it could not have gone any better. I highly recommend Snodgrass.

I moved to Bowling Green almost 4 years ago from Miami. I practice yoga regularly and I never thought I could find a place like the one I use to go to back home. After covid I had a baby and when I was ready I decided to start Hot Yoga and I am so glad I did. It only took one time and I was already being called by my name with a great greeting every time I’ll get there. I loved the classes so much I keep coming back twice a week. I have been going here for a couple of years now. I have had several injuries over the years with the worst a compound tibia fibula fracture that this week has been 20 years ago. I had the impression that it would never be nothing but marginal for the rest of my life.

John has been a huge help with easing my sciatic nerve pain! After an array of clinic visits with no solution in sight, John recognized my problem right away and didn't waste any time in fixing it. He walks me through every process and I never feel nervous to ask a question. I'm not done with my PT yet, but I'm already seeing so much improvement just about halfway through. My gait is returning to normal, bending and rolling aren't as painful, I can stand and walk for longer periods of time, and lift heavier things off the floor. Pretty soon, I'll be able to get back to work!
I wouldn’t go anywhere else for physical therapy. Bethany is absolutely amazing. I’ve seen her for 4 different issues and it’s been great each time. She has worked with me through double knee replacements and was able to push me to achieve more than expected from my doctor. She is very knowledgeable about all orthopedic issues. Steven there is also amazing and have worked with him at times as well. Your rehab is very personal to your exact situation and you are t wondering who will be working with you next time you go. I love having the consistency of one physical therapist. The interns they have there are amazing as well. Anna up front is also amazing. I love love going to this place if there is a need.
Our experience with Sky was a positive stay. The Therapy department, PT, OT, and Speech were wonderful. The Nurses and CNA’s were very caring and the dietitian did a great job with the diet my husband needed. The Administration, Doctor and Case Manager as well as all the departments mentioned went above and beyond the call of duty to meet our needs. The CEO extended Grace to us even with a call at midnight. A Thank You hardly seems enough to offer with the kindness my husband and I was shown while he was a patient at Sky.
