I got a service call scheduled the next day. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed and explained the problem. He just as quickly fixed the problem. I was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism in dealing with it. I highly recommend Barnett's.
I can't say enough good things about this business. They came out and gave me a solid quote. I ended up doing something totally different, but I would recommend them for your HVAC needs! They are very responsive, honest and will work out what you want.
On time as stated from phone call the day before. However, still waiting on receipt. Don’t think techs should have to do service and also do responsible for collecting payment and doing receipts as well. They have a certain skill set and office administration isn’t it. Not at the prices we’re paying for said services. 5 star for work performed. 1 star for after service office administration work performed. Not techs fault however. You can do better! 7 hrs after service and still no receipt ??♂️
