I had some recall work on my camper done and when they came out, we found that the slide hydraulic pump went out. They diagnosed the problem and we're able to get a new pump and install it along with the recall work. They kept me informed along the way and when they came to work on the camper. They were completely prepared and completed all of the work and cleaned up when they were done. I would recommend these guys for my rv repairs.

Our fifth wheel unfortunately flooded enough to need repairs + an insurance claim. Austin at That RV Specialist is who we worked with. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, explained things well, and very good on time management! I couldn’t recommend them enough!

We are from central Illinois and at our family place in gilbertsville Kentucky and over night we lost both acs. Austin was amazing he waked through the scenarios and we brought our power cables in and with a few parts and time we have our ac units working again thank you thank you very much for your patience and knowledge to solve our problem The McDowells.
