I am a single mom of two beautiful children, and when I got in touch with Gibson plumbing they called me back the same day and was out at my house the next morning replacing my pump on my well. He was more then happy to help and work with me on getting my water going that same day! I was literally in tears when he was leaving my house. He had two coworkers out to my house with in 2 hours replacing my pump. There aren't words to express this man and this company. I recommend that this company for any plumbing issue. They will have my business for life and I will do nothing but praise everyone of them. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart!Andrea Mosler

Over the last ten years, I have been a repeat customer of Gibson Plumbing. Today, I has a major septic system repair. Over 200 ft. of new line.Through the years, I have used them for toilet repair, water heater replacement, leak detection and repair, etc.Before moving to Kentucky, an auto repair shop that I took my cars for service and repairs, had a sign on their wall:You can have it 1 - Fast, 2 - Inexpensive (cheap), 3 - Right. PICK TWO OF THE THREE CHOICESThis has been my experience with Gibson Plumbing. When I have had time and it was not an emergency situation, I chose Inexpensive and Right. Caleb called ahead and said he was running ahead of schedule and was going to show up a little early. He showed up, diagnosed the leak, got the repair parts, and fixed the problem professionally. Not sure what more you could have asked for.Service: Plumbing pipe repair
