We were in the process of planning the replacement of our aging HVAC system. We had connected with a different contractor via the Home & Garden Show. That company inspected our system and confirmed the need to replace it. As we researched further, we discovered that the other guys had very spotty Yelp reviews, so we decided to go with Rechtin instead. Their sales rep Scott was great! He was a former technician so he knew the details of each system very well. He was as honest a guy as you would ever want to meet. I've used Tom Rechtin Heating and AC since 2004, when the crew installed the central air unit in my home. I've since used Rechtin consistently for HVAC maintenance and repair. The care has always been solid. Today, the crew (Jordan and Ryan) just finished up installing a new furnace in record time, and with minimum disturbance (I work from home). They showed up exactly on time, worked quietly, finished early, cleaned up thoroughly and answered my questions. Aces. I want to mention also how much I appreciate Mike, the tech who diagnosed my busted furnace. He is thoughtful, patient, knowledgeable and respectful. I recommend Tom Rechtin H&AC for good reason.
