My computer broke on a Friday night I took it in first thing Saturday morning and a little over an hour later they called and it was repaired. I have zero technology knowledge and I couldn’t be happier with the service!!

If I could give 1000 stars I would! I have an online business and my power cord broke off in my computer with only 20% battery life left! He was able to get the stuck piece out of my computer using some MacGyver skills and I was able to get back in business. Definitely saved the day!
