Our old 18 year outside unit and 34 year inside unit started needing a lot of maintenance more frequently . So basically it was only a matter of time before it quit completely. We decided to get new system the last time it kept running all day well into the night! Knew this was not normal. We got the prices of several different units. They answered all our questions, we weighed our options and we put in our request. They got to us quicker than stated and worked till everything was in place. So thank you Howard Heating again for going that extra mile. Our new unit is more energy efficient and quieter too. They are friendly and efficient at what they do, and local. Bob and Trish C
Our air stopped working late Saturday night. My husband called and they came right out and actually had it up and running Sunday morning!! This week is going to be in the 90’s so the fast service was greatly appreciated!! We will always do business with Howard Heating Air Conditioning
