Very unpleasant experience! Clear "customer-only" parking signs are essential. Claiming the entire lot for a brief 15-minute stop, especially when not in front of the business, seems excessive. I was initially parked, intending to inquire about a haircut, but witnessing someone rushing from the business to leave a note on my vehicle altered my plans while waiting for my boyfriend to explore his options elsewhere.
