This location has been in Bardstown for a long time and always been friendly. I have been seen most of the girls! All great! But I now have a new favorite...Nancy! This is the first time I see her and I was happily surprised! She was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and made me feel welcome. She listen to my request and she delivered! When she had to answer the phone, she was polite and advised that appointments aren't necessary anymore to go ahead and come in! Personally, I wished they kept that! I went in there for a haircut today and I have nothing but good things to say about it ... everyone was friendly and I didn't have to wait but 5 minutes for them to call me back ... Shawna is the lady that cut mine today and she was so nice and friendly and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted and more, I loved it and will definitely be back to her !
