Their billing department is a joke. I went to Weber West in March of last year the people were nice, but the lady behind the desk “couldn’t find me” on my primary insurance so she said she would just bill my secondary. Well 2 months later my secondary took their payment back because they are not responsible for making the bulk payment on a visit. That’s when I got a bill in the mail with $180 for my visit PLUS a late charge even though I wasn’t aware they had taken payment back. So I called and told her what had happened and that I called my primary and they said there should be no reason they couldn’t find me. So I called and told them what the insurance said, but the lady at the office that deals with billing wasn’t in so they took a message and said she would call me back. She didn’t call back and the next month I got another bill with another late fee, so I called again. Same thing they said they would look into it and if they had more questions they would call. Next month I got a bill with another late fee. So I kept calling and kept getting the same response. I’m not sure if they are incompetent when it comes to their billing or just lazy because they don’t want to deal with the insurance company, but it has almost been a year and I’m sitting here with a bill in my hand with 9 late fees on it. I don’t suggest anyone go here! I can’t wait for them to open at 8 so I can just pay this thing and be done with them entirely.

Good service! Great technician, great doctor. Explains everything so that you understand it. Very compassionate and understanding. Dr Nick Weber is very good.
