She was extremely nice, informative and friendly. Made me feel like I’d known her for years. Will gladly answer any questions, or concerns you have while making you feel at ease. If you’re looking to get electrolysis I definitely recommend this place 100%. I am so pleased after my first session. In just an hour she removed all of my chin hair and most of my upper lip. It IS painful, but as long as you read up on it and come a little prepared for it, you should be just fine.
