Please Consider before you hire Tom Davis Handyman. We hired him to do renovations to our porch, repairing the back deck, putting laminate floors down in our living room and hall and also in an extra room. They did such a bad job on our back deck and front porch we had to stop them. We gave them a second chance to fix their mistakes. But only got worse. We gave him 65% up front, since we had to stop them he owes us money but won't pay up. He said he'd settle with us but always makes excuses. He has had COVID or he is out of town. This has been since April they started and we stopped them I think sometime in August. Now it's November and still hasn't settled
You do not want to do business with this contractor. They have scammed me me out of thousands of dollars and I am now having to take legal action to try and recover my money beware this a scam. Will post more later
i would not rate this as a legitimate business this is more of a scamming operation. I am out many thousands of dollars which they refuse to return i am now having to work with the Kentucky Attorney General office and other agency's to try and recover my. money. will keep posted
