“Conners just finished their second project with us to replace all flooring in basement. The first portion was completed then the big storm hit that created water entering the basement. Due to delays with insurance estimator and contractor to determine leak and damage, Conners was held up another month beyond expected completion. They kept in contact and as soon as we were given the ok to continue they were there to finish within a week. On time, neat, no surprises and all the employees are great. Special thanks to Rob on this flooring project. The first project was a large complete kitchen remodel. All future projects that they provide the services fir will go to Conners. Great job! He even called in a plumber to address the slow moving toilet before he would call the job done. He worked well into the night and on the weekend to get her back to her own house (only 1 bathroom in her house) as quickly as possible. “From the moment Michelle answered the phone, listened to my frustration of 2 to 3 previous floor company quotes, I felt for the first time I was heard! One company, the man kept insisting on speaking to my husband even though I was the one taking care of it. Like really? Called another company, explained, so they sent a woman. Didn't even send me an email until 2 weeks later with a quote after I already hired Unique! I knew exactly what type of flooring I wanted for my upstairs level, to match my main floor level. That's another thing, everyone else kept wanting me to come to their "show room". Even AFTER giving them floor samples we had from 6 years ago! We didn't need to go, we just needed them to match it! We didn't want to waste our time. Why would we? We gave each company exactly what we wanted, but still want me to come in? That still blows my mind. Back to Michelle, I told her I had no interest to come into the store and what I wanted. She allowed me to text her a photo and said Oliver would be out (literally in less than a weeks time) with samples. He walked in, saw the floor, walked out to his truck and came back in with the PERFECT match!!! Talk about impressive! Not only that, their prices were slightly better and I saw on their website they support discounts for veterans! Talk about feeling appreciated and respected...FINALLY! So everything is perfect and going exactly according to plan as they had promised! The day comes to start the work and I am lucky enough to have had Z install my flooring. I couldn't believe he was a one man show, but OMG what an amazing worker! He was kind, respectful, did an outstanding job! If you have Z laying your floors, you are one lucky customer! He was clean (as much as you can keep things clean when working on floors lol), but also took the upmost care of our furniture and advised me what to take out so I wouldn't be stuck with dust on items that wouldn't come out. (First experience with new floors, I had no clue what I was doing!) I have never seen anyone work as hard as he did. Not only that, each cut he had to make he had to go up and down 2 flights of steps each time. I honestly don't know how he does it! I have never been this happy with a company before, hence my long review. I usually don't do reviews, but the satisfaction I have felt with their work from the first phone call, to Olivers knowledge and bringing me a perfect match, to Z rocking it out....I had to take this time. Its more than well deserved. Do yourself a favor if you are looking for new floors...skip the others and call Unique Flooring Solutions. You will NOT regret it! Thank you all again for such a wonderful job! I still marvel at the floor every time I walk upstairs.“
