Thanks Teegarden HVAC! My a/c went out Tuesday… my go to guy completely swamped (thanks heatwave) … I had to find someone.. with a friend recommendation I called Teegarden and Kyle showed up on Wednesday with quote and installed today! I am writing this on behalf of my parents. Their A/C went out. Both of them are having health issues. I called another company and they could not get anyone out for 2 days. I called Teegarden. Pam was so kind and listened to me. She sent Tim out. He was able to put in a temporary unit for the night to help them sleep. He came back the next day and fixed their unit. On behalf of my parents "Thank You So Much". It means to much when people still care about the elderly.

What an absolutely incredible team; from the techs to the customer service reps. I had a few unfortunate events occur when I moved into my new home that required my furnace to be fixed. When I first called, they were available at night on the weekend and made sure I had a tech check it out first thing Monday morning! The tech on my case was incredibly nice and professional as well as knowledgeable. The tech voluntarily offered to inspect my AC free of charge knowing that the house inspector didn’t since it was inspected in the winter. This led to the discovery of my AC being broken.
