Terri(the owner) and her field rep Camielle went to bat for me and my family when dealing with my insurance company. They are real advocates for the customer in a claims situation. They busted their rear ends on my project, going above and beyond in dealing with a huge impersonal insurance company who's M.O. is to pay the least amount possible. “My roof on my house was in bad shape for a long time, I really couldn’t afford to replace my old roof. I called RLS construction and they came out and inspected my roof for free! And they found wind damage and other damage. I made a claim to my insurance company , and they met up with the insurance company at the roof inspection. Again totally free! Then the insurance company approved for me to get a new roof and RLS didn’t disappoint they had a brand new roof over my head and less than a week after the insurance company approved the replacement. They did a fantastic job with the roof, had it done before I got home from work at 3:30 pm and even cleaned up like no one was ever there. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of work on their home! Thanks again guys!“

“I received three (3) estimates for new roof and gutters. We selected Ford & Son because they were a local company and used their own employees. They answered all our questions along with options of payment. They completed the job in a few days and appears to have solved some gutter water movement issues. They were patient when it came to payments and clarifying options. They also needed to come back once and rework a pipe into a drain once we opened our pool and

“EDITED REVIEW:When Cincy Gutter Boys became a part of Ned's Home, the job to repair my box gutter was lost in the transition. I spoke with a national representative post-transition who explained that my job had not only been lost, but that service was no longer offered, and all they could do was refer me to a different company.Obviously, this was very frustrating, as I had been waiting for three months for my box gutter to be repaired just to learn that they could not help and I had to start the process over. I left a negative review about my experience with Cincy Gutter Boys, and immediately local employees began reaching to explain what was happening internally and offer solutions.The local team did end up completing my project, as I had been quoted before the transition, and offered compensation for the mistake. After we came to an agreeance, the work was done within 3 days and looks great. They even took pictures of the work as it was being done to show me how they fixed my issue. The team also called out a few other areas of concern, and who I can contact to fix those issues in the future.The journey was a bit complicated, but I appreciate the customer service after the team became aware of what had happened with my project. And I am happy with the work that was done to my gutters!“
