The employees and the doctor made the terrible experience I had to endure so much easier. They were very caring and showed compassion in my difficult time. I am thankful that they were so kind.
Transferred my pet here after years of swearing by Grants Lick vet hospital. However after it was next to impossible to schedule an appointment without being months out, constant pushing of costly services, and the disaster when booking a boarding, I decided to look elsewhere, it was then we found Heinke Vet.
Dr. Brandon and team are knowledgeable, friendly/personable and always checking in after the visit to make sure pets were doing well. In fact the first few visits were so great ended up helping my parents and grandparents move their pets as well.
