The office is clean and well taken care of - and they have air purifiers! (Should be standard practice for healthcare facilities IMO).

“I recently lost my insurance coverage for my regular dentist and had to go with AARP Delta Dental, which only covers limited dentists. I was a little skeptical about the quality of care I would receive at "chain/corporate" dentist - but was pleasantly surprised. The staff were very professional and well-trained, the facility was clean and pleasant, and the technology they used was even more advanced than my "private" expensive dentist. The dentist who checked my teeth, Dr. Vishal Parmar, was very professional and pleasant/friendly. The hygienist, Debra, who cleaned my teeth was also warm and friendly and gentle. I'm glad I went here and will continue to return for my regular check-ups/cleanings. I highly recommend them.“

“I had an unfortunate experience with your receptionist, Billie. When I called to inquire about cleaning services, she interrupted me and abruptly stated that this was a dentist's office. Her tone was quite harsh, which left me feeling dismissed. I believe she may have misunderstood my inquiry, possibly thinking I was asking about house cleaning.

I would suggest that she be reminded of the importance of listening to patients and responding with a more considerate tone, as effective communication is key in her role.
