“I had an unfortunate experience with your receptionist, Billie. When I called to inquire about cleaning services, she interrupted me and abruptly stated that this was a dentist's office. Her tone was quite harsh, which left me feeling dismissed. I believe she may have misunderstood my inquiry, possibly thinking I was asking about house cleaning.<br><br>I would suggest that she be reminded of the importance of listening to patients and responding with a more considerate tone, as effective communication is key in her role.<br><br>I don't feel it is right to take away any stars over my 1 minute interaction. I just felt like you should know.“

“Went in after having trouble having motivation to clean my teeth regularly. Was worried about going to dentists for fear of judgement. Did not get those vibes here, they were very nice, understanding and talked me through everything. Manager worked the floor as well instead of just sitting in a back office, which is always a good sign for me. There was a slight mess up with payment and they called me and got it rectified without being rude and were very polite. Going back soon and for the first time in my life I'm not worried about a dentist appointment 100% recommended to everyone in my life when they talk about needing a new dentist and sent a couple people here already who all liked it as well.“
