Not gonna lie I was a heavy skeptic due to the availability in this area for Shockwave therapy. After being told by a different Dr that they wanted to inject me and put me through months of physical therapy on my shoulder I decided to give Shockwave a try. Dr. Gearhart is extremely knowledgeable and cares about his patients. I went in because my lower back was hurting. During a nonchalant conversation I mentioned I have frequent neck pain and headaches. So, not only did he get rid of the lower back pain he also took care of my neck pain and headaches. Dr. Gearhart and his staff are amazing, I highly recommend.
I can't express how grateful I am to Dr Gearhart and his staff. I was suffering with extreme neck pain from foraminal stenosis in my neck. My hands were numb, my head was numb, and I could barely moved my head.
I was scared because no matter what the doctors prescribed for me it didn't touch the pain. I didn't want to live on pain medication. Especially if it didn't even help.
