Signature has been treating my properties for years. As a small business landlord I find pest prevention my general maintenance service I won't skip. Signature not only provides prevention but they have helped me spot other maintenance issues that the general maintenance workers/tenant do not always notice. The techs have spotted new cracks in the foundations, soggy leaves clogging down spouts causing mosquitos, and leaks in basement pipes; you name it, they will add it to their report... It's always a relief knowing their techs are walking my properties every other month. I love all their techs and office staff, hands down the best rental property pest management in all of south central Kansas!

I had originally posted a not as favorable review on Facebook because our rodent issue had not been taken care of after a couple of visits. They reached back out to make sure we were taken care of. We had a difficult and picky house mouse/mice that were not falling for any of our tricks. Our problem has finally been resolved and I am happy with the professionalism from the office staff and our technician, Wayne who made sure to solve our issue. I highly recommend this company! Very professional and very friendly! Will definitely use them again if I need to, but the technician told me since I had a light infestation I may not need it. All I can say is they were great!Services: Cockroach extermination
