I have some water damage from storms damage on my roof. Needed the attic, ceiling and walls insulation removed and dried out. Even though ServPro is booked out 2 weeks. He gave me a good referral to another restoration service. I really appreciate his honesty and helpfulness. The other service is able to come out tomorrow morning. You don't find many contractors who would be this helpful. Thank again.

I contacted Charlie at ServPro regarding having a refrigerator and its contents disposed of quickly. He was very professional and able to work me into their schedule on the very same day. I have used Servpro of NW Wichita multiple times for several different services and have consistently been pleased with their service and workmanship. Whether they are deep cleaning furniture, our carpets, or ducts, they've treated our home respectfully not to mention gotten out whatever nastiness our little boys have tracked in or spilt!
