Chuck (Charles) has been cleaning my carpets for several years. He is absolutely THE best employee from any agency that I have ever had the good pleasure of working with. His professionalism, his kindness, and quiet gentle manner, are exceptional. Alongside that is the superb job he does on my old carpeting - he makes it look like new. How I will miss his work, and him as well. Just a darn good person. He made ServiceMaster look good.

Loved working with this company! We had a fire and got to redo the whole kitchen. Steve Taylor was amazing to work with. He guided me on what to do and when, kept me in budget, and gave me really good suggestions when I was stuck. Communication was wonderful and I never had to question where we were in the process. We found this company to be very honest and trustworthy. If we need more work done in the future we already know who we are calling.

We had not had our vents cleaned in over 30 years. They did an excellent job. Chuck explained everything to us and reviewed all of the procedures before he started. He was very thorough and did a superb job. He was very friendly and helpful. He gave us very good advice for future general upkeep.
