Hannah, I apologize for your negative experience at Scenic, We never want an unhappy customer. In between helping folks withe question and education about pond building and care or picking out trees at one end of the nursery to water plants at the other end and koi in the fish house it can be a challenge to keep up. Having enough Knowledgeable employees on what we do, and offer is can be challenging . In addition to that there is always work to be done. With thousands of pots of plants and trees to hand water every single day on 5 acres of over 25 water features and gardens to keep up, there is alway work to do and never enough hands to do it all. My husband and I could not be happier with the waterfall that Scenic Landscape built for us. Mark and the entire team were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. They were able to reuse material from our previous water feature and incorporate it to the new one. The time it took was worth the wait to have the water feature of our dreams that we can enjoy for years to come. Mark’s years of experience and attention to detail exceeded our very high expectations.

My mom lives 3.5 hours away and whenever she comes to visit she HAS to go to Scenic Landscapes. She went today and as my 6 year old daughter took her on a tour they bumped into an employee who told them about the donkeys and other critters running around (which my daughter LOVED) and they helped my mom find a plant for her koi pond. In addition to helping her select a plant they talked to her in depth about how she could care for this plant until it was time to put it in the pond. We like that the employees are helpful but also allow us to explore the beautiful surroundings without making us feel rushed. Would 100% recommend.
