Came out due to home warranty, whole house humidifier. They were wonderful. Worked hard the whole time, kindly explained what was happening when I asked, I'm curious. They both were polite, friendly and professional. If you have a home warranty, request these guys, they are really great.

Edited about 4 months later, they came out for a new reason. Wow, they are ethical, responsible and honest.

Roger first assessed our issue and worked well with our home warranty company. He had to order a part and was back two days later to install it with Michael. Two days was not an issue for us as we noticed the problem in the springtime. They are both humble and hard-working individuals. I would choose them again due to their straightforwardness and professionalism!

They came out on time, listened to my explanation of what was wrong, immediately recognized a solution and explained the process in detail. They also gave an explanation of the timeline since I was dealing with a home warranty regarding the ordering and installation of the water heater. No complaints here thus far.
