He wanted to cut it off because he was tired of having to wear it in a ponytail, always being hot, and it always feeling so heavy. Mom (me) was very nervous, scared, anxious, and a million other feeling all wrapped up in one body. I will start by saying the staff were all great from the phone call making the appointment to walking through the door. They immediately noticed my anxiety and were so comforting. Brittany is absolutely amazing. She beyond knew what she was doing. You could tell she knew about curls. She made me feel so comfortable with the whole process of my son cutting his hair. I love this place and will go no where else!!!! As soon as I get things together I will be in to have her do my hair also. My son walked out saying that he will start only going to her!!!!“
