Our water heater quit without warning, and we needed diagnosis and/or replacement as soon as possible. Kevin from On Time came out immediately, presented options, gave us prices, and arranged a team and all necessary parts and equipment for same-day replacement. Josh and his partner came out in the afternoon and put in the new water heater plus redid elements that needed to be brought up to code. It was amazing service! We highly recommend them! Service like theirs is hard to find!
