They were able to get me in quickly for what we thought was a serious medical emergency (within 2 hours on a Monday) for our old girl. They assessed her quickly and got testing done within 3 hours for us, and worked with us on payment for all of the tests and everything. They sent us home with some meds and a plan of care. I hadn’t had a chance to talk to Dr. Arnett about Dixie yet and had to bring my cat in for a normal nail appt that Thursday - Dr. Arnett noticed me, remembered me from Monday and checked in with me about Dixie. I like this Oakcrest for many reasons. First of all there is a membership, which is great, because it covers all your visits and shots for the year. This is wonderful, because then I am not stuck with a huge bill. Recently I got excellent care for my sick dog. They gave me a plan of action to go home with and he is doing a lot better now.
