They were my third call and should have been my first. Very quick response and got it fixed in no time. Was shocked at the cost to come out on the weekend, but since I was needing it fixed was not much of an option.
Kaleb was very through and answered all of our questions. We opted to do the whole house revitalize package. The process was quick and easy. He even arranged for a team to come out the same day to get started on our job.
Timothy started our job today and did an awesome job with his team and will be back in the morning to complete the job.
Timothy and his team returned to complete the job and even though we had to go without power for about 5 hours they did an awesome job. He did have to troubleshoot a couple things that his team had done. However they really did a great job. Will definitely use them again and recommend Mr Sparky.
My name is Alice and my tech was Timothy...He was on time, professional, kind, respectful and did not leave a mess. I also appreciate that he explained what was wrong and was sure to explain my options....Based on my experience with Timothy.I would recommend Mr. Sparky to everyone.
