I bought my house using Seth from Coldwell Banker as my agent and he was more of a help than I could've asked for. He was patient as we looked at several properties. He pointed out things I never would've known to look for (like certain types of electrical boxes that are from a company that went out of business years ago and would cost several hundred $s to update according to insurance standards). And he made sure the seller followed through on everything they had agreed to do to the property for the sale. I will be buying more houses in Wichita someday and I will definitely use them again. Can't say enough good things about this company and Seth in particular.
