This was a 1st visit. I needed to get my daughter's hair deep conditioned and trimmed before she went on vacation. They were fantastic with her and very helpful making her an appt that day when we walked in at about Noon.Update: 3 days later...My daughter is only 9 and has a unibrow due to having Waardenburg Syndrome. She decided she wanted to try threading as I explained that waxing can be very painful. I didn't feel like they went in toward the eye far enough and the sides were uneven.
