I was suggested to shop this store by a local plumber so I drove from hutchinson and overbought several items as suggested and would return what I didn't end up needing. I drove over to return items and arrived at 4:15 and was told that I wouldn't return the items because the drawer was closed. After my husband was very irritated they 'figured' out a way to return it. Customer service is horrible. I now know why they have the ratings they do.

NEVER COMING BACKHave been buying HVAC equipment for 10yrs. I have had awesome service from Alicia on Woodlawn and nothing but headaches from west st. I attempted to get a quote for hvac equipment and was denied until I supply proof of my epa/license. I understand the importance of needing this info, I offered to supply the requested info on pickup. I have never had to supply this info for the last 50 purchases.I was unable to get a price/quote until I supplied that info and will no longer purchase anything from Locke again. Your policy is effecting the efficiency of our service to the customer which is unacceptable. I would suggest to new customers to not purchase from here, regardless of equipment quality, if you can't get a quote, you can't buy equipment, go somewhere that will help your efficiency in service vs delay it.

I would give 0 stars if I could. By far THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I've been here a few times and tried to give the people the benefit of the doubt, maybe they had a bad day I don't know. But, the lady behind the counter acted like it was a burden to help me (she acts this way every time I come in) and the guys behind the counter just stood there instead of trying to help. I rather spend twice as much somewhere else than EVER spend a penny at this place. The people that work here are just plain RUDE. Thank you for my horrible customer experience! I shared this experience with my coworkers and they said they don't shop there for the same reasons...read full review
