The sales process was a little "Scripted", but the explanations of the product and comparison with other products was valuable.The installation was done (by ONE guy) at our convenience. The installer (Juan) was very polite, did quality work, and cleaned up after himself. He even fixed a couple of minor issues with our fascia that wasn't really part of the installation. You'd never know he'd been here except for brand new gutters and of course the Leaf Filter product.It gives me great peace of mind knowing I'll never have to get on a ladder and clean out rain gutters and downspouts again.
I called for an estimate they were quick to respond and schedule the install the young man doing the install was a hard worker and very polite and professional he got the old gutters cleaned and fixed installed some new gutter all in one day it was very long day for him, but he kept working till it was done and it was very hot outside, he did a very good job the next day I went to use the back door and found the storm door hit the gutter and wouldn't open very far but that was the only problem , I called them and they sent someone right out to correct it .
The filters were removed prior to re-roofing and reinstalled when re-roofing was completed. The service tech did a good, quality job assuring cleanliness and quality in a timely manner.
