This is my testimonial of working with Kari Higgins. I talked to Kari for the first time about five plus years ago(Sept 2017). I had been referred to her by a friend. I ended up renting the house out. When I knew I was ready to put the house on the market five plus years later (April 2023), I called her. I called her because, I had remembered our phone conversation and was impressed with her knowledge as a realtor, and her professionalism.
