He came to the RV Park that I manage and gave one lie after another. We tried repeatedly to work with him and get him to pay as he said he was waiting on being paid. Then he decides to leave the park after hours when I contacted him about his money owed. Watch out for this one. He also stated he was working for a couple of the businesses in town doing IT work however we have since contacted them and he either didn't work for them or if he did he did not complete his work.
