Lance at Integrity Massage is the best massage therapist I have every seen in Wichita, Dallas, Colorado Springs, or Illinois. He is so knowledgeable of the muscular makeup of the human body. Kris Ann, the owner of Integrity, is also a gifted masseuse, and like Lance, very open, kind, and willing to share her knowledge. Their primary goal is to improve the quality of their clients lives by asking the right questions, and identifying the problem areas through their knowledge and expertise. This place is by far not super fancy spa looking but it is super clean. bIt's truly the best massage I've ever had. Been going here for at least 15 years and it never fails that whatever is ailing me Lance has been able to work out the kinks. They are professional and kind. Have tried others when I couldn't get an appointment as they are always that booked and nothing comes close.
