My son (2 months old) was referred here by his pediatrician. I only made it to the front desk and would like to say the employees seemed nice however, this business is not taking any precaution when it comes to this pandemic. I don’t feel it fair to rate this business at a 1 since it is up to the owner to decide what precautions to take BUT I think it is important to be aware of this before you visit. The lobby is very small and it can be difficult to distance from others. Our appointment was at 1, the staff is away for lunch from 12-1, and there was at least 6 patients waiting to check in (to include one using a O2 tank!). When I started with Innovative I couldn’t walk or even lift myself out of my wheelchair.The therapists have been with me all the way. They are very professional as well as caring. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for rehabilitation.They are all saints in my book.I love this place
