I am impressed with the level of care and customer service and highly recommend this place! My calls are always returned in a timely manner. When I am at an appointment I am greeted right away and there is not a wait. Jan takes the time to make sure I are comfortable and you can tell she really cares about the client! I should have left this review when I was going in regularly for electrolysis.After spending thousands on laser hair removal that promised to work and didn't, I decided to go to Individually Yours and get electrolysis done.I spent many hours over many months seeing Renee on a monthly basis. She was always professional and nice. We talked about many things during those sessions from dogs and cats, to any number of things. Most of the time I would be comfortably relaxing to the point of nearly falling asleep.I always looked forward to my sessions as I was seeing real permanent results for the first in my life! I came to Lanae for some makeup and loved my makeup soo much! The only thing I didn't like about this place was that it's so hot in the house, I hope they get it fixed soon! Everyone seemed nice though and I would totally come back to Lanae for my makeup needs
