I am always very satisfied when I pick up my dry cleaning - not only do they do an excellent job on my uniform, but they are super friendly when i drop off and pick up - they take customer service to a whole new level!
The person working the counter was very friendly and helpful. I don't have much experience with using a dry cleaning service and she answered all my questions with patience and kindness. They did a great job cleaning my child's JROTC uniform and I found the prices to be very reasonable. I also liked that I was able to track the progress of my order online with the link that was sent to me in my email.
I took my clothes in for cleaning & alterations. I requested the piling on my sweater be removed. It was all completed to my satisfaction. I had one pair of pants that was missing a button which I’d figure I’d fix myself. They came back fixed. The above & beyond customer service I TOTALLY appreciate & is something I’ll willing pay for every time.
The counter person, Millie, was wonderful! Friend and positive with a smile!
