The Decksperts LLC were great to work with. Their responsiveness, attention to detail, quality, professionalism and courtesy is unmatched. We began a backyard improvement project near Parkville, MO earlier this year and replacing an old deck was Task Number One. After many trials and tribulations of hiring a deck building crew, and there are many in KC certainly, we chose Zach and his team because of timeliness of responding to E-mails, texts and calls and accuracy of quoting. The project was not easy, and the weather was miserable, with most days below freezing and even a few at 10 degrees, but they pressed on. They ran into several roadblocks along the way due to previous homeowner who "masked" problem areas with an abundancy of caulk and paint and never hired an expert to fix the problem properly. Zach and his team "fixed" the problem areas with little to no interruption and our new Trex Deck with Fortress railings looks awesome towering above our newly installed swimming pool, retaining wall, poured concrete patio and landscaping. It is the pinnacle to our backyard improvement project. Thanks, Decksperts, we are very pleased with our choice of hiring your team and the quality and craftsmanship of our new deck. It rocks.
We had Decksperts remove our existing 21-year-old deck and install a new composite deck with steel railing. The entire experience with Zach, Silver, and crew could not have been better. From the very beginning to the end of the project, they were very professional, friendly, courteous, and honest. The project began on time and ended ahead of schedule! Their attention to detail and overall quality of the work was outstanding. They kept the job site clean and organized and knew what they were doing each day. They even designed and installed a phenomenal dog ramp for our little Westie that doesn’t like to do stairs! They take a lot of pride in their work and take the time to do it right and it absolutely shows. The final result turned out even better than we imagined. We highly recommend Decksperts to anyone wanting a quality product, superior communication, and honesty throughout the entire process. Zach delivers what he promises!!
