I was in Witchita for a work conference. I absolutely loved my experience at Hot Asana! I was fortunate to take Traci's Hot Yoga Class. Upon arrival Traci was very friendly, welcoming and showed me around the studio. Traci's instruction was top-notch; her guidance through the flow was seamless, and her feedback and corrections were incredibly helpful. Plus, the 80s playlist added an extra burst of energy to the session. She offered challenges, I never knew I could hold a headstand for 52 seconds! Tracie's personalized attention made me feel truly seen and motivated. Next time I'm in Witchita, I'll be sure to take her class! Thank you Traci!

I have never been so glad to have walked through the doors of a building in my life! The people and atmosphere of this place are absolutely incredible. The instructors are the best. And the way you feel when you leave, is priceless!
