We moved into our house back in August of 2020 and had the roof replaced by Hobson before moving in. During the winter we began to see little spots on the ceiling of our living room and soon discovered that our exhaust vent had become disconnected from the flashing when the roof was replaced. During a couple weeks of snow, ice, and negative temperatures, all the hot air from the exhaust was going directly into the attic and melting the roof snow into the attic/ceiling. I called Hobson on a Saturday and within 30 minutes the owner was at our house looking in the attic/reconnecting the flashing. Called him at the last minute due to a housing inspector stating a roof was needing replaced. He was able to identify minimal problem and fix it. Thank You he was quick and did a great job.

I contacted Hobson Roofing in Wichita, KS and spoke with Graham the afternoon of Monday April 24, 2023 he was in the process of picking up his child from school. I explained that I was out of state but, my 86 yr old mother lived in Wichita and a portion of her roof was damaged which cause the meter attached to the house to pull away from the structure. I sent him a picture to show the damages. The electric company was going to have to turn off her power if we didn't get it repaired as it posed a danger because the power lines were also affected; not to mention that a storm was due to hit that night which would have caused additional water damage to the inside of her home....read full review
