I was very uptight about having the Mohs Procedure done, but both Kayla and Dr. Brough walked me through the whole process putting me at my ease, explaining all that they were doing, and helping me to calm down. It went very well as is the healing going on now with virtually no issues! I"m so very grateful for their professionalism and caring!
Very friendly and professional including fromt desk check in. Did not feel rushed. Very confident in their assessment. Answered all of our questions and concerns. My wife and I feel fortunate to have found Dr Colleen and her assistant. They work well together. Will definitely continue with them as our go to dermatology team.
I felt everyone was very pleasant and professional. I liked April. She read through all the information I gave to her assistant before coming into the room so she was ready to ask more questions and give me an explanation for my concerns. She too was very personable.
