Haircut Central may not be as fancy as a typical salon or as clean-cut as a franchise, but it offers expertise. The barbers are highly experienced and specialize in cutting and styling hair for the whole family. The environment is comfortable, pleasing, and to a certain extent, homelike. Customers have had positive experiences at Haircut Central. One walk-in customer was seated right away and received the best beard shaping and haircut from Becky, who has over 15 years of experience. The customer showed Becky a picture of the desired beard shape and was very satisfied with the result, even receiving compliments from their spouse. Most of the customers' boys liked their haircuts, and the staff was able to fix one that the customer initially didn't like. The customer service has been great, and one customer was impressed by the professionalism and conversation of their barber, Casey, who they would recommend to anyone.
