Cathy at the front desk was very helpful checking me in. Danielle was great and doing my pre dr check in. This location is very good. I was so glad they were able to get me in the next day (especially since the next available appointment at the location closest to me was 1.5 months out). The front-desk person was professional and helpful as was the optometrist assistant who did my pre-tests. Dr. Ashley was knowledgeable and kind, and even though they didn’t have my regular contacts on hand, she recommended a comparable and slightly cheaper option that I could take home that day to see how they worked for me. Very impressed with the quality and service. Will definitely be using this location again.
This business has strange practices. The customer service is awful. They seem to also not be open very often. Closed randomly all the time. How are people supposed to use the service that you provide of you aren't friendly or even open. Goodness.
