I think the doctors are very knowledgeable and highly skilled. The staff is very kind and pleasant. But you better be prepared for a very long wait! I go for frequent appointments and usually wait at least 2 - 3 hours. Yesterday, my appointment was for 9:10 and I didn't see the doctor until about 12:00 It can be frustrating.
My eye exam was done with extreme professionalism, attention to detail. I was treated with utmost courtesy and respect. My results were explained to me thoroughly. I was impressed. Great job to Dr Leiter and her assistant Laura.
I was greeted by receptionist and she got me all checked in quickly. The doctor’s assistant was one of the nicest people. We talked about all sorts of things and laughed. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name. She was very knowledgeable, gentle and apologized for the eye pressure drops being so gooey. And the dilation drops when she put those in too. Dr. Kuhl explained everything he was doing. He also answered all my questions I had about cataracts and my droopy eyelids.
All in all it was a fantastic experience and I would recommend Grene Vision to everyone I know. Professional, knowledgeable, and kind.
