Seems to be some kind of disconnect with the hours of operation at the West St. location. It would be a good idea to update the hours shown on the door of your business. I'd hate to think I got a bad haircut because the stylist was rushing to get off work when I thought I showed up with plenty of time.

I'm a (lazy) creature of habit, so I don't get my hair trimmed all that often.. But when I do! I love coming to this location. The staff is warm, welcoming and very personable.It's weird, I'm not too big on the whole talking thing, but the walls fade away and I find myself enthralled to be a chatty Cathy and shoot the breeze while I've got a tablecloth draped over my person and a handheld lawnmower is racing around my skull with precision only a trained professional has. Tl;Dr, this place is great, but I really only come because the staff is awesome.

Normally they do an excellent job so I took a friend there and they totally jacked her beautiful long hair up. They didn't even wet it just hacked it up and made her stand while doing it. Totally disappointed ☹️Service: Haircut
