Very bad service! I could not believe the disrespect with the people here. I got told to shut up and better yet when they were doing my brows they CUT my skin so thanks to them i now have a ugly cut on my face plus they have damaged my hair completely and i heard them talking down about me i cannot believe this experience. So if anyone is even CONSIDERING going here dont. This has been by far the worst experience of my life i could not believe it.Services: Hair highlighting
I was deeply disgusted by how my hair was left after going to this so called “salon”. I wanted truffle brown colored extensions to match my truffled brown hair, instead I got deep and dingy BLACK hair. It did not match at all!! I do not recommend at all! Not to mention that there was a fight going on.Service: Hair extensions
Gloss is so professional, and each time I've had an appointment, I've never left unsatisfied with my finished look, even when I was unsure of what I wanted when I walked in Haha. I love the intimate setting because I'm not comfortable being around a lot of people while getting my hair done. I would highly recommend this salon.
