I frequent the Y, but was seeking something that provided a little more intensity and variety than my solo workouts gave. Considered CrossFit, but after reading up on the injury-rate, decided to seek something else. I tried Fundamental Fitness today and was thoroughly impressed. It was a great workout, lots of variety, and as high intensity as you choose to make it. Renaire was a great instructor--perfect blend of guidance and encouragement. If you are new to working-out, or just need a jolt to your regular routine, this is the place for you.

I have been training with Brenna for about 5 months now and would highly recommended her! She has a calming, encouraging, and personable demeanor to her, which I love when it comes to training. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to do and explain every move and what part of the body it affects. She is attentive to any injuries you may have and takes the time to create a workout plan that works for you and your body. She has 100% made me so much more comfortable in a gym and I am always excited for my next session!

Joining the women’s group training on Saturdays and my personal training sessions with Brenna are like hitting the jackpot! What sets Brenna apart is her ability to truly listen and tailor each workout to suit me. But it’s not just about the reps and the sweat; it’s the fun times and camaraderie that make those Saturday sessions so fun. Working out with Brenna doesn’t feel like a chore. So happy and lucky to have found this place!
